I’m hoping everyone out there knows what color is. So, I’ll skip right to value. Value is not just how much your dress is worth. It’s also an art term used to describe the lights and darks. It’s important to have a variety in your colors so that everything doesn’t just blend together. So, if your colors are Purple and Kahki, your color palette should have your main purple, perhaps a deep royal purple and your main kahki, maybe a mid-tone kahki, along with light purples and dark kahkis.

It’s also fun to have several colors that go well together to add flare to your wedding if you have a bold personality. See this color wheel for help choosing your colors.
